For this piece, we were asked to create a 3 foot long, 192 piece wooden puzzle for use at a national sales convention.
The piece is 1/4″ baltic birch ply, engraved in a single pass, then sealed with oil urethane and laser cut. From first phone call to final delivery was less than a week.
