Laser Etched Skyline Promotional Piece

A promotional piece we did to promote Artifacture Studios to people and businesses in our building.

Starting with a good picture of the Dallas skyline, Michael created a retro line art piece with some selective detail. Since we were using our usual black Mohawk Via Vellum paper, we laser etched the text elements. Etching paper is a nice effect, but expensive if you don’t own your own laser! :-) The piece cuts quickly enough though, that we could produce it cost effectively for a client by printing the text and artwork, using the laser only for die cutting.

It is a flexible design that could be applied to a variety of designs and products.
